These terms apply to the Drain Cleaning Middletown website and service requests.
Website Information
This website provides general information about drain, sewer and septic services. Content and example price ranges are for guidance. The condition of your property, access and the work required determine the service recommendation and final quote.
Requests and Bookings
Calling, texting or preparing a quote request does not confirm an appointment. Visits depend on availability and are confirmed directly with our team. Please provide accurate contact, location and problem details.
Quotes and Payment
The scope of work and price are confirmed before work starts. Any after-hours, trip or additional-work charges should be discussed before approval. Payment methods and payment timing are agreed with you as part of booking or authorizing the work.
Your Responsibilities
You should have authority to request work at the property and arrange safe access to the relevant drains, equipment or tank lids. Tell the technician about chemicals used in the drains and any known hazards or access restrictions.
Website Content and External Services
Unless stated otherwise, website content belongs to Drain Cleaning Middletown or its licensors. Do not copy it for commercial reuse without permission. External services, including Google Maps and your messaging provider, have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Your Rights
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every service is suitable for every property. Any agreed service estimate or work order also applies to the job. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. For questions, call (860) 217-3947 or contact Drain Cleaning Middletown at 2177 S Main St, Middletown, CT 06457.
